· 3 large-scale PV plants, with 105 MWp, 73 MWp and 26 MWp respectively

· Expected to cover the annual electricity needs of over 92,000 households

· Completion scheduled between late 2025 and the second half of 2026

Q ENERGY has started construction on a 200MW solar PV portfolio in Spain, including three new utility-scale solar PV plants in Andalusia. With capacities of 105MWp, 73MWp, and 26MWp, these projects are being built in the provinces of Seville, Jaen, and Cordoba. Once completed, they will supply clean electricity to over 92,000 Spanish households and help avoid more than 62,000 tons of CO2 emissions annually.

During the construction phase, Q ENERGY will deploy more than 350.000 PV modules on tracker-based sub constructions to optimise energy yield. And the PV parks are expected to be finished between late 2025 and the second half of 2026.

Covering more than 450 hectares, the projects will feature over 350,000 PV modules installed on tracker-based structures to maximize energy output. Q ENERGY is responsible for the entire development process, including engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC).

Beyond these three projects, the company is also advancing four additional solar plants in Andalusia, with commissioning expected in 2026. In total, Q ENERGY is on track to achieve 400MW of operational solar capacity in the region.

“Our experienced EPC team is already preparing the next green energy projects, which will follow in the coming months,” said Eduardo de la Hera, Head of Development at Q ENERGY Iberia.
