EcoFlow Recalls 25,000 Delta Max 2000 Power Stations in the U.S. Following Fire Reports

EcoFlow has issued a recall for its Delta Max 2000 power stations and launched a firmware repair program affecting approximately 25,030 units in the United States.

The U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) reported on October 9 that EcoFlow received six reports of the recalled units catching fire, causing more than US$850,000 in property damage. No injuries have been reported.

Details of the Recall

The recall covers EcoFlow Delta Max 2000 Model EFD310 power stations. The devices are black and silver, featuring a rectangular LCD display on the front and six electrical outlets on the back. “ECOFLOW MAX” is printed on the right side, while “EFD310” and “EcoFlow DELTA Max (2000)” appear on the underside nameplate.

These products were sold between July 2022 and May 2025 on Costco.com, Amazon.com, and EcoFlow.com for around US$1,600.

According to the CPSC, consumers should immediately stop using the recalled units and contact EcoFlow for instructions on installing a free firmware update. The agency warned that the power stations may overheat and ignite, posing a significant burn and fire hazard.
