On July 4th, Center International Group (603098) released an announcement on the acquisition of 100% equity of LONGi Green Energy Technology Photovoltaic Engineering Co., Ltd. and the progress of related transactions.

The announcement stated that on July 3, the company and Xi'an LONGi Green Energy Construction Technology Co., Ltd. reached an agreement on the adjustment of the transfer consideration and signed a supplementary clause, specifying matters such as the adjustment and settlement of the transfer price.

Both parties have completed the final settlement of the transaction consideration under the equity transfer agreement. They agreed to reduce the transfer consideration by 7.6263 million yuan, which will determine the final settlement amount of the related-party transaction.

The adjusted payment will be refunded via bank transfer by July 15, 2025. As a result, the final price for the company's acquisition of 100% equity in LONGi Green Energy Technology Photovoltaic Engineering Co., Ltd. (the target company) has been adjusted to 59.7314 million yuan.
