JinkoSolar made a strong impression at SNEC 2025, unveiling a suite of upgraded and innovative products, including its Tiger Neo 3.0 series modules and the new 520kWh SunGiga G2 Plus liquid-cooled energy storage system. The company also released a technical white paper titled “TOPCon Technology and Tiger Neo 3.0 Commercial Solutions,” which provides a detailed analysis of TOPCon’s core process chain, technical framework, and performance benefits.
The new Tiger Neo 3.0 series integrates advanced technologies such as 20BB, HCP, MAX, and FP, and drew significant interest at the event. These modules deliver power output up to 670W, module efficiency of 24.8%, and a bifacial ratio of 85%. The series is expected to enter commercial production in Q4 2025.
Building on its strong R&D capabilities and industrialization expertise, JinkoSolar continues to lead in innovation, achieving world records across several key technologies. Most notably, the company’s perovskite tandem cells based on N-type TOPCon have reached a conversion efficiency of 34.22%, marking its 28th world record in this domain.
In the field of energy storage, following the release of the SunTera G3 6.25MWh ESS in April, JinkoSolar introduced the SunGiga G2 Plus 520kWh liquid-cooled system at SNEC 2025. Tailored for commercial and industrial (C&I) applications, the system prioritizes extreme safety, ultra-high performance, intelligent maintenance, and exceptional value, aiming to redefine benchmarks in C&I storage solutions.
The SunGiga G2 Plus features a dual-cluster design compatible with global markets, supporting up to 12 units in parallel and flexible 2H/4H configurations, enabling tailored, long-cycle energy storage solutions for diverse user needs. It offers a robust build with an IP55 protection rating, C5 corrosion resistance, and operational capability at altitudes up to 3,000 meters. Global delivery is expected to begin in Q4 2025.
