Kenya Electricity Generating Co. (KenGen) has recently launched an international tender for the SEVEN FORKS solar PV project, with a total investment of $130 million funded by the French Development Agency (AFD). 

The project scope includes a 42.5MW solar power plant, 3MW/4.5MWh energy storage system, and 132kV transmission/substation facilities.

Bidding requirements mandate that participants:

Hold valid ISO triple system certifications (Quality/Environmental/OHS)

Submit signed Integrity Declaration，Accept AFD's anti-corruption policy audits

Financial qualifications require:

≥$100M average annual revenue (past 3 years)，≥$13M available working capital

Debt-to-asset ratio <6x，Current ratio >1
