On May 25, 2025, the Turkish Ministry of Trade issued two announcements (No. 2025/8 and No. 2025/10), initiating anti-dumping investigations on solar panel junction boxes and photovoltaic aluminum frames originating from China, following applications from domestic producers and industry associations.

For solar panel junction boxes:

1. Dumping investigation period: Entire year of 2024

2. Injury investigation period: January 1, 2022 to December 30, 2024  

3.Turkish tariff codes: 8544.42.90.00.11, 8544.60.10.00.11, 8544.60.90.00.00  

For photovoltaic aluminum frames:

1. Dumping investigation period: October 1, 2023 to September 30, 2024

2. Injury investigation period: January 1, 2022 to September 30, 2024

3. Turkish tariff code: 8541.90.00.00.11

Both announcements took effect immediately upon issuance. Interested parties are required to submit questionnaires within 37 calendar days from the date of publication.
