
SEA Photovoltaic Energy Storage and Charging Alliance(SEA)
Introduction:
The Southeast Asia Photovoltaic Storage and Charging Alliance is a cooperative organization initiated by the China New Energy Power Investment and Financing Alliance, Photovoltaic Industry Network, RE Focus, and Yingchen New Energy. It is jointly established with numerous leading enterprises in the new energy industry chain, including photovoltaic modules, inverters, energy storage, charging piles, and investment and financing institutions, to promote the high-quality development of the photovoltaic storage and charging industry in Southeast Asia.
The alliance aims to enhance the comprehensive competitiveness of Chinese photovoltaic and energy storage enterprises in the international photovoltaic storage market, integrate high-quality resources through projects, strengthen division of labor and coordination, form intelligent synergy, and build a communication platform for information sharing, resource sharing, and achievement sharing among member units, promoting the development and mode innovation of the new energy industry.
General Provisions
Article 1 The name of this alliance is the Southeast Asia Photovoltaic Energy Storage and Charging Alliance, and its English name is SEA Photovoltaic Energy Storage and Charging Alliance (SEA for short).
Article 2 The nature of this alliance is: jointly initiated by the China New Energy Power Investment and Financing Alliance, Photovoltaic Industry Network, and Yingchen New Energy, and voluntarily formed by relevant enterprises in the entire downstream photovoltaic chain. The alliance was established in Malaysia to promote the high-quality development and international cooperation of the photovoltaic storage and charging industry in Southeast Asia.
Article 3 The purpose of this alliance: abide by local constitutions, laws, regulations and national and international policies, abide by social ethics, unite and organize members of this alliance, integrate industry resources, adhere to the principle of "resource sharing, complementary advantages, interest sharing, and group development", break the disorderly competition pattern of the industry, work with member units to jointly plan and develop the Southeast Asian photovoltaic storage and charging market, promote the upgrading of the local new energy industry, and help China's photovoltaic industry to go overseas steadily.
Article 4 The office of this alliance: domestically located in Hefei, Anhui, and overseas in Johor, Malaysia.
Business scope and activity principles
Article 5 The service scope of this alliance:
(i) Market research and analysis: Collect and organize the information of the photovoltaic storage and charging market in Southeast Asia, regularly publish industry reports, market dynamics and trend analysis, and provide decision-making basis for member units;
(ii) Project expansion and cooperation. Focus on Southeast Asia's rooftop distributed photovoltaic, industrial and commercial energy storage, and charging facility projects, organize member units to jointly bid, jointly invest, and develop technology to achieve project implementation;
(iii) Resource sharing platform: Build an online and offline resource docking platform to promote the exchange of products, technologies, channels, talents and other resources among members, and improve the collaborative efficiency of the industrial chain;
(iv) Standard formulation and promotion: Jointly with member units to formulate industry standards for photovoltaic storage and charging products, construction, operation and maintenance applicable to the Southeast Asian market, and enhance the voice and brand image of Chinese companies;
(v) Industry exchange activities: Hold seminars, forums, training, salons and other activities to enhance business exchanges among member units and strengthen cooperation with local governments, enterprises, and scientific research institutions in Southeast Asia;
(vi) Consulting services: Provide professional consulting services such as overseas investment, policies and regulations, technology research and development, and project management to member units.
Article 6 Principles of the Alliance’s activities:
(i) The governance of the Alliance’s group managers shall comply with the relevant laws and regulations of the country;
(ii) When conducting business activities, the Alliance shall abide by the principles of honesty, trustworthiness, fairness and justice, and shall not engage in fraud or harm the interests of the country, the Alliance and its members.
